Dr. Stephen Hellhammer, Head of Financial Services

As head of the FS community he provides more than twelve years of consulting experience in the field of operational transformations within FS entities. His experience ranges from E2E optimization and digitization of leasing processes to the management of operational transformation programs. Stephen is a German-US dual citizen, an alumnus of the University of Kentucky, and has a PhD in economics.

Justin Liebstueckel, Senior Manager, Financial Services

Justin is a Senior Manager in Porsche Consulting’s Financial Services practice. His consulting experience stretches across process optimization, overall cost efficiency, lean optimization, and organizational design. He also has vast experience in the auto financing business from projects in cost performance management, business model design as well as IT implementations. He has a German diploma in economics as well as an MBA.
