352 Media Group took home top honors at the Addy Awards Banquet for the fourth straight year, which recognizes design work produced in 2007. 352 Media added to their trophy case by winning twelve more awards including the Best in Show ‘ Interactive honor. The ceremony was hosted by the Gainesville Advertising Federation, a member of the fourth district of the American Advertising Federation. A panel of industry experts selected the winner’s from hundreds of entries.
‘We strive to bolster the user experience on every project we create,’ said Peter VanRysdam, 352 Media’s Vice President of Marketing. ‘These awards, which judge our work primarily on its design merits, recognize the success of that focus on user interface design.’
352 Media received awards in several categories, including a Gold Addy for the Web Video Host on 352 Media’s company history page, as well as Gold Addy’s for the Third Millennium Trade Show Video, the American Express Travel Web site campaign, and the University of Florida Genetics Department Web site. Silver Addy’s were awarded to 352 Media Group for 352’s own business card design, the Newport Group Web site, CoCo’s Ballroom Boutique’s e-commerce Web site, the BuyCast’s Web site, the NCCER Web site design, Ranting and Raving ‘ the 352 Media Group Blog, and 352 Media’s fleet of wrapped vehicles.
Both the 352 Web Video Host and the University of Florida Genetics Web site were among finalists for the Best in Show ‘ Interactive award, with the Web Video Host taking the prize. Gold award winners will go on to compete in the regional completion before advancing to the national awards later this year.
