Our leadership: Accessible, involved, focused on what’s next.
From rich and varied backgrounds, our leaders have been growing our clients’ businesses for an average tenure of 10+ years here at 352. They’ve started their own companies, and steered launches of countless others. They can be found mentoring at startup centers and connecting at tech and marketing conferences. They know how to make teams thrive and deliver. They’ve seen it all, accelerated it all, and won’t rest until the results make us proud.

Geoff Wilson
President & Chairman
Geoff is a true entrepreneur. He’s passionate about helping companies find, build and grow their next big idea. He launched his first venture at age 16, when he started a computer store in a shopping mall in Sarasota, Florida. Since then, he’s built eight more companies.
Geoff is president and founder of 352, a firm helping industry-leading companies find new market opportunities and build new products and services. Geoff and his team have helped some of today’s most recognizable brands—including Microsoft, Nationwide Insurance, Cox and GoFundMe. Thanks to 352’s insight and consultation, clients have generated hundreds of millions of dollars in new revenue.
Being true to his entrepreneurial spirit, Geoff often can be found at TechStars Atlanta and Atlanta Tech Village coaching startup founders to help them achieve success by accelerating business growth. His involvement in his wife, Kim Wilson’s, high-growth startup, Social News Desk—the world’s leading social media tool set for journalists and media, used by 85% of the television newsrooms in the US—led to its acquisition in 2014 by Graham Holdings, a Fortune 500 company.
Inc. magazine has named Geoff one of America’s Top 30 Young Entrepreneurs, and his alma mater, University of Florida, recognized him as the Warrington College of Business’ Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Geoff passionately cheers on the Florida Gators, collects sports cards and enjoys time with Kim and their three kids.

Partner & Vice Chairman
Robert Berris
EVP & Managing Director
Robert leads 352’s innovation and strategy practice. In fact, he built it. Fortune 500 executives regularly seek his guidance to address their most pressing challenges, whether identifying new opportunities, creating a new organizational design or developing entirely new ventures. Often this means carving new paths completely outside of clients’ core business – a new venture in a new market with a new customer base.
Robert and his team provide the leadership and expertise to guide clients through the ambiguous, leaning on proven methodologies and processes that help teams move past their constraints and provide insightful perspective on potential new growth opportunities. He’s passionate about looking at problems from all angles to challenge conventional wisdom and creating solutions that put empathy for people at the center. Robert has helped category-leading brands like Nationwide Insurance, Georgia-Pacific, Koch Industries, UCB Pharmaceuticals and Verizon Telematics, UPS, Turner Sports / NBA Digital, Invista (Stainmaster) and Cummins Engines accelerate their business growth.
Robert has degrees from the University of Georgia and The Art Institute of Atlanta. But it’s his longtime side passion for improv theater and sketch comedy that’s really proven beneficial with helping clients shift their thinking and pivot gracefully.
When not working, you’ll find him pursuing his passion for all things creative or partaking in his love of travel, cooking and photography.

Christa Garcia
EVP, Operations
Christa knows what it takes to develop successful digital products—and that collaboration and communication are the keys to success. That’s why she divides her time between two important roles: ensuring clients receive the strategic thinking to ground their work and ensuring 352’s Digital Development team members have the information and resources they need to deliver the best possible digital solutions.
Christa has guided new product development with many of 352’s high-profile clients including Cox Automotive, Nationwide, YouCaring—a startup purchased by GoFundMe—and Fifth Third Bank’s LegacyLink digital platform, which helps senior family members communicate their legacy plans and wishes to their heirs. She also worked on the platform for the startup Social News Desk—the world’s leading toolset for journalists and newsrooms—which was acquired by a Fortune 500 company in 2014.
She has a unique mix of experience in design, project management and people management that makes her well suited for her role.
When not working, Christa spends time with her family, travels whenever possible and always enjoys a good book or a good beer.

Cameron Cegala
VP, Strategic Growth
You’ll never find another Cameron Cegala. (Seriously, she’s the only “Cameron Cegala” on earth.) Cam wants to be your friend, but she also wants to help you get from here to there, to see your way through a problem, to realize the best version of yourself (or your business), and ultimately to grow. Her title, VP of Growth, is just a fancy way of saying “I’m really good at helping you solve problems.” She’s equal parts diagnosis, prescription, and therapy.
Cam cut her teeth at P&G where she did customer business development and client management for oral care and hair care brands. She understands first hand the unique challenges that exist at the enterprise level, especially for CPG. Her role at P&G and successive consumer companies was to nurture and strategically grow the business, which she did to the tune of 100s of millions in revenue with the likes of Walmart, Target, Kohl’s, and CVS.
But she’s also a startup founder and deeply appreciates the path from 0 to 1. Brand development, technology design, growth planning, team building, fundraising – she’s been there; she’s done that; she gets it.
This valuable blend of enterprise and entrepreneur is what makes Cam such a force at Three Five Two.
Cam is based in the 4-0-4 but her heart is somewhere foreign, down a side alley, where the town’s best empanadas are served amid the background of a decidedly analogue way of life. (She has a flag on her map for that cafe as she does dozens of others across dozens of countries in which she’s visited, lived, or studied.)
Back in Atlanta, Cam starts every morning pumping iron, listening to Robinhood Snacks, and sipping on a hot cup of turmeric-ginger tea. When she logs off from Zoom and Slack for the day, Cam is loving on her pup, Paul, and trying to crack a Level 8 puzzle.

She excels knowing there is no job too large – or small – to conquer. Sara is an amplifier of vision; she rallies and inspires teams to push the boundaries of possible. Her best work occurs in fast-paced, high-pressure environments; and invites the opportunity to lead into uncharted territory.
Sara is an expert at collaborating across clients, teams and operations to get things done – the right way. In driving growth for Three Five Two, she finds new value streams through connecting ideas, people and markets. From there, Sara drives those value streams from concept to execution through cross-functional approaches, data-based decisions and people-centered collaboration.
At her core, Sara believes teams do it best, and in candor and authenticity. She’s always working to live a life of purpose, on purpose. Her professional experience spans startups, VC, economic development & nonprofits – so she brings a cross-sector approach to problem solving & value creation.
