Who We Are

Companies hire us to create new products, find new customers, and pioneer new ventures. Our team of strategists, technologists, marketers, designers, and researchers work closely with our partners to understand opportunities, validate concepts and maximize growth. Learn more about what we do.

Where We're From

Three Five Two was founded in 1997 creating best-in-class digital experiences for businesses, and has continued to add capabilities that create value for our clients through the decades. We’ve seen the booms and the bubbles, and guided ambitious companies through global digital expansion and acceleration. Today, we are 50+ strong entrepreneurial thinkers and doers, calling Atlanta, Tampa and Gainesville home.

Our name pays homage to the area code of our birthplace, Gainesville, Florida.

Our Culture

Ask any 352er or one of our clients, and they’ll tell you that our culture is our secret weapon. Our entrepreneurial team embodies our company values to move the needle for clients, get s*** done, and have a good time while doing it.

Throughout the workweek and on a few special occasions throughout the year (352 Day, Office Days, and Comfy Day - just to name a few), we come together as a family to celebrate wins, bounce ideas off each other, and enjoy each other’s company. At our annual retreat, we hold an internal Hackathon to create new products - many of which have now been used by hundreds of thousands of people (check out Planning Poker, Marinara Timer, and Praisely).

Our Values

1. Everything starts with inspired people.

Be curious, explore what’s new and work to get better every day.

2. Teams do it best.

Cohesive teams that take ownership create exceptional results.

3. Embrace change.

We move with agility and speed, and iterate based on what we learn.

4. Show some grit.

Sometimes it won’t be easy, but we’re determined to make it work, together.

5. Be candid.

Always tell it like it is in a supportive, respectful way.

6. Celebrate wins.

Small victories and big accomplishments are best when shared in good company.
